Introduction

Welcome to Midex B.V. ("Midex", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our restaurant services, website (midex.top), and any related services provided by Midex located at Hoofdstraat 95, 1099 OR Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Reservations and Dining Policies

Table Reservations

• Reservations can be made by phone, email, or through our website
• We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and special occasions
• Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the scheduled time, after which the table may be released
• Large groups (8+ people) may require special arrangements and deposits
• We reserve the right to limit dining time during peak hours

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours in advance
• No-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee for future reservations
• Special event bookings may have different cancellation terms

Dining Conduct

• We maintain a family-friendly environment and ask all guests to be respectful
• Proper attire is required; we reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate dress
• Smoking is prohibited inside the establishment
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive or intoxicated

Payment and Pricing

• All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT
• We accept cash, major credit cards, and contactless payments
• Menu prices are subject to change without notice
• Split bills are accommodated for groups with advance notice
• Gratuity is appreciated but not mandatory
• For disputed charges, please contact us within 30 days of your visit

We take food safety and dietary requirements seriously. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when making your reservation or upon arrival.

• While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from allergens
